Returns / Exchanges

Do you need to return or exchange something? No problem!

We accept returns on most items *. If your item is in perfect unused condition, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. We can also exchange your items! Email us for the return form.

Exceptions: We do NOT exempt refunds on these items:

- Articles made HANDMADE IN USA (bracelets, necklaces, personalized earring or designed by others) Our policies do not accept returns of elaborated pieces. to pass your request. Our department will determine which product is eligible for a change. We do not return money for pieces made by hand in the USA.

- Shipping costs (unless the error is on our part)
